Welcome to Sutherland Shire Community Transport


Community Transport is one of the number of services provided under the Home & Community Care (HACC) Program which offers support services to enable people to live in their own home for as long as possible, where otherwise they would have to move to a hostel or nursing home.

 

Door to door transport is available to the frail aged and disabled people of all ages who live in the Sutherland Shire and are unable to access private or public transport.
